Where is my data stored?
Your trip and expense data is stored locally on your device. Export is optional and under your control, so you decide when to share.
How do I export my trip?
Use the Export screen to share a CSV. If enabled, you may also export a ZIP containing the CSV and receipt images, keeping everything ready for reimbursement.
Does the app require an account?
No. Periodic Expenses is designed to work without creating an account, so your data stays on your device.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled through Apple. If something isn’t working as expected, contact support first and we’ll help resolve it.
